Return Policy:

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Q: Are returns free?

A: The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tropical Sundaes for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

Q: Do I need to return the whole set?

A: If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Please email us at Hello@TropicalSundaes.com and we'll help you with the process. Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

Q: How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

A: We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return once we receive the items. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number. If you're refunding, we will refund you through your original payment method and email you once complete.

Q: What if my order is damaged or missing an item?

A: While this rarely happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or an item is missing, please contact us immediately at Hello@TropicalSundaes.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
