We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Q: Are returns free?

A: The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tropical Sundaes for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

Q: Do I need to return the whole set?

A: If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Please email us at and we'll help you with the process. Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

Q: How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

A: We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return once we receive the items. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number. If you're refunding, we will refund you through your original payment method and email you once complete.

Q: What if my order is damaged or missing an item?

A: While this rarely happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or an item is missing, please contact us immediately at so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
